Revenue Execution — For sales managers
You know your team has more in them. You can see it.
But the pipeline keeps disappointing, the forecast keeps slipping, and the coaching conversations aren't shifting anything. You're spending your week firefighting — and somewhere underneath all of it is a nagging feeling that you don't have the full picture. That's not a leadership problem. It's a visibility problem. Most managers are working with incomplete information — sellers who present well in reviews but can't tell you why deals are really stalling. You can't coach what you can't see. And you can't defend a forecast you don't fully believe.
This programme gives you the honest picture you've been missing. Every seller diagnosed individually, in private, without the performance dynamic that changes what people say in front of their manager. You get the real blockers — and a coaching agenda built on evidence, not assumption.
Your team has the potential. Let's find out what's actually getting in the way.
THE PROBLEM
You know your team can do better. The question is where to start.
Pipeline coverage looks fine until you look closely — then it falls apart
Deals are moving through stages but not closing
Late stage lost deals are killing your forecast
Your forecast is based on gut feel more than evidence
Coaching sessions aren't changing outcomes
You're spending your week firefighting instead of leading
The commercial case is simple. One additional deal per seller per quarter at your average deal value covers the cost of this programme many times over. The question isn't whether you can afford to do this — it's whether you can afford not to.
How it works
You brief Richard on your team
Before we start, you complete a short brief — your team's current situation, where pipeline is breaking down, and what you want each seller to get from the session.
Each seller gets a private 1:1 session
90 minutes each. Virtual. Completely confidential. Each seller completes a short pre-session form, then we work through their specific commercial challenges — diagnosis, plan, and execution system.
Each seller leaves with a working system
Not slides. Not a PDF. A personalised Notion module built during the session — specific to how they sell, who they sell to, and what was holding them back. They use it from Monday morning.
You get a team debrief
Once all sessions are complete, we meet for 30 minutes. Richard shares patterns found across the team — common blockers, recommended coaching focus areas, and next steps for you as their manager.
Every team is different. The discovery call takes 20 minutes and means every session is set up around your specific situation — not a generic agenda. It's in your interest, not ours.
What you get
Why this sticks when training doesn't.
Every seller leaves with a personalised Notion module built during their session. It's their working system - not course notes. They helped build it, so they use it. That's the difference between a session they remember and one that changes how they work.
For each seller
✓ Diagnosed pipeline constraint — specific to them
✓ Personalised Notion module built during the session
✓ Refined approach built around what they sell
✓ 30-min follow-up call 7–10 days later
✓ Structured 30-day action plan
For you as a manager
✓ Team-level diagnostic debrief
✓ Common patterns and blockers identified
✓ Evidence-based coaching agenda
✓ Clear view of where to invest your time
✓ Better control
All seller sessions are completely confidential and focused entirely on commercial performance — not team dynamics or management relationships. Sellers are not required to share session content with their manager.
Why individual — not group
Group training produces generic takeaways.
A 1:1 session produces a specific diagnosis.
In my experience, embedding new skills with sellers works when it's personal. When a seller is in a room with their peers, they perform. When they're in a private conversation, they're honest — and honesty is where the real blockers surface. That's why every session is 1:1. Engagement is higher. Application is faster. And the outcome is measurably better than anything a group session produces. These sessions work alongside whatever methodology your team already uses — MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger, or your own. This isn't a replacement framework. It's individual application of the right approach for each seller, built around how they actually sell.
The three team sessions
01
Business Development Accelerator — Team
Empty pipeline is a team problem. But the cause is different for every seller.
What this delivers
---
One seller has no ICP clarity. Another has a messaging problem. A third is active on LinkedIn but generating no response. A group workshop gives them all the same answer to different problems. This session gives each seller a private diagnosis and a demand generation system built around how they sell, who they sell to, and what's actually getting in the way. You get a debrief that shows the pattern across the whole team — and an evidence-based coaching agenda, not an assumed one.
⬡ Works alongside your existing sales methodology — individual application, not a replacement framework.

02
Opportunity Development Accelerator — Team
Bad pipeline compounds quietly. By the time it shows in the forecast, it's already too late.
What this delivers
---
Sellers are optimistic by nature. Without a structured qualification process they carry dead deals for weeks, fill reviews with noise, and forecast numbers that don't close. ODA gives each seller their own qualification framework and scorecard — built around what they sell and the buyers they face. You get a consistent qualification standard across the team without imposing a rigid top-down process. Every seller owns their framework because they helped build it.
⬡ Works alongside your existing sales methodology — individual application, not a replacement framework.
€391 per person
03
Deal Progression Accelerator — Team
Deal reviews without a common framework become opinion contests. The deal slips. Nothing changes.
What this delivers
---
DPA gives each seller a live deal plan for their most important active opportunity — built during the session, updated weekly, theirs to own. You get a team-level view of deal health, risk, and progression that makes your reviews faster, sharper, and more productive. Deals move because the seller is in control of them — not being managed by them.

The Sales Manager Session
01
Sales Director Review Session
Turn your next SD review from a numbers defence into a leadership conversation.
What the session covers:
- Full picture of your team's commercial position - pipeline, performance, gaps, trajectory
- A structured review narrative - what to present, how to frame it, what to lead with
- A forward-looking plan that demonstrates control and strategic thinking
- How to handle the hard questions with confidence - not defensiveness
- Build credibility upward by showing you know exactly where your team is and what you're doing about it
This session is designed for sales managers who want to show up to their next review with clarity, control, and a plan - this is not for those already in a formal performance process.

Lets talk
what managers say
"I knew my team had more in them but I couldn't get a straight answer about what was actually going wrong. Every one-to-one I'd hear the same thing — 'it's moving, it's nearly there, they're just deciding.' It never was. After the debrief I had an honest picture for the first time. Two reps with a messaging problem, one with no real ICP. We fixed it. Pipeline coverage went from 1.8x to 2.6x inside a month."Sarah M. — Sales Manager, Financial Services, Dublin
"I was running the same coaching conversations week after week and nothing was shifting. Same excuses, same stuck deals, same forecast that never closed. After these sessions I finally had something I'd never had before — an honest picture of what each seller actually needed, not what they were telling me. My next QBR was the strongest I'd delivered in two years."James R. — Head of Sales, Professional Services, Cork
"My win rate was sitting at 18% and I couldn't work out why. Every seller had a reason — wrong timing, lost to price, prospect went dark. After the team debrief I could see the real problem. Three of my five had the same weak qualification and none of them could see it. Six weeks later win rate was 27%."Mark T. — Regional Sales Manager, SaaS, Manchester
"I was padding my forecast and hoping. I knew it. My SD probably knew it. I just didn't have enough visibility into what was actually in the pipeline to call it accurately. After running DPA with the team I had a live deal plan for every active opportunity. My next forecast call was the first one I didn't dread. We finished within 4% of what I called."Conor B. — Account Executive, Galway
"I'd been managing the same underperformance conversation with two of my reps for six months and nothing was moving. They'd agree to things in our one-to-ones and then nothing would change. After BDA each of them had a system they'd built themselves — outreach cadence, ICP, messaging. One booked eight net new meetings in his first three weeks. The other had her best pipeline month in two years. The difference was they owned it."Declan O. — Head of Sales, Manufacturing, Waterford
"I was walking into my SD review with a story I didn't fully believe myself. Behind on target, sellers giving me numbers I couldn't verify, and no real recovery plan I could defend under pressure. The session helped me build a narrative I could actually stand behind — pipeline by seller, deals at risk, actions already in motion. I left that review with more resource and more credibility than I'd walked in with."Jeremy F. — Sales Manager, Recruitment, London
"Every forecast meeting I sat in, the other managers seemed to have it together. Clean numbers, confident answers, pipeline they could actually defend. I was the one scrambling — covering for sellers who'd told me deals were progressing when they weren't. After running DPA with my team I finally had visibility. Real deal plans, real risks surfaced early, a forecast I could stand behind. I stopped being the manager who got the hard questions and started being the one who had the answers."Aoife K. — Sales Manager, Media & Advertising, Dublin
ABOUT ME

Richard Fox - Revenue Execution
I've spent over 20 years in B2B sales — as a seller, as a manager, and as a leader. I've carried quota at Oracle, BT, and Cloudera. I've managed teams, run forecast calls, sat in SD reviews, and had the conversations with underperforming sellers that nobody enjoys.I know what good revenue execution looks like because I've had to build it under pressure — with real targets, real consequences, and no room to hide. But it was working with smaller companies — businesses like Acetech and Bluemetrix — that changed how I thought about this. The passion I found there was something I rarely saw in larger organisations.Founders and teams who genuinely believed in what they were building and were hungry to grow. What they lacked wasn't ambition — it was the commercial rigour that larger tech companies had spent years and significant budgets developing. The disciplines that drive consistent sales performance — rigorous qualification, structured pipeline management, honest deal inspection — have always been accessible to companies with the infrastructure to enforce them. Smaller businesses rarely get that standard. But the technology that enables it is now within reach of every business, regardless of size.Revenue Execution exists to close that gap. To bring the rigour, the systems, and the methodology that high-performing tech sales organisations take for granted — to passionate, ambitious companies that are ready to grow.I work directly with every client. There's no team, no juniors, no methodology deck. Just an honest conversation about what's limiting performance — and a practical plan to fix it, built around how you actually sell.If you want a trainer who'll tell you what you want to hear, I'm probably not the right fit. If you want someone who'll tell you what's actually getting in the way — and help you do something about it — let's talk.
