Before we start, you complete a short brief — your team's current situation, where pipeline is breaking down, and what you want each seller to get from the session.

Each seller gets a private 1:1 session

90 minutes each. Virtual. Completely confidential. Each seller completes a short pre-session form, then we work through their specific pipeline challenges — diagnosis, messaging, outreach, and action plan.

Each seller leaves with a plan

A clear diagnosis of what's limiting their pipeline, a refined outreach approach, and a 30-day action plan to get back on track.

You get a team debrief

Once all sessions are complete, we meet for 30 minutes. I share the patterns I found across the team — common blockers, recommended focus areas, and suggested next steps for you as their manager.
